Draft — not legal advice. This describes how the app actually behaves, written from its implementation. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and App Store review will hold you to it. Read it against what you intend to promise before this page goes public.

Agent Voice Mode is made by Digital Sign Technologies. The app is a voice interface to an AI agent that you run and control. That shapes everything below: most of what you say is destined for your own machine, not ours.

What happens to your voice

Speech is carried directly between your phone and the realtime speech model that hears and answers you. It does not pass through our servers. What we do is issue the short-lived token that allows your phone to open that connection, and count the minutes it stays open.

We do not record your calls and we do not keep audio.

What reaches your agent

When you ask something substantive, the request is relayed as text to the agent you connected — over a connection your machine opened, or to the endpoint you configured. Its reply comes back the same way and is spoken to you. This relay is the purpose of the app; without it your agent cannot answer.

What your agent then does with that text — what it logs, what it sends onward — is governed by your agent and your machine, not by us.

What we store

Your account and balance. An identifier, the credit on it, and a ledger of minutes so the arithmetic can be checked.
Session records for billing. When a conversation started and stopped, which model it used, and what it cost.
Your agent's address or connection. So we know where to relay your questions.
Feedback you choose to send. Only when you send it.

Your sign-in credential lives in your iPhone's Keychain, on the device.

Photos and documents

Pictures you take during a call, and documents you scan, are sent to your agent because you asked for them to be. They travel the same relay as text. The app asks for camera and photo-library access only when you use those features.

What we don't do

No advertising, and no sale or sharing of your data for it.
No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
No training of any model on your conversations by us.

Children

The app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.

Your choices

You can disconnect your agent at any time, which stops the relay. You can ask us to delete your account and its records by writing to the address below; deleting the account deletes the balance with it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date above changes and the new version appears here.
